Timezone, Singapore’s leading family entertainment have partnered with BDSA to take their digital presence to the next level. With over 16 outlets island-wide, Timezone was already a local favourite, but BDSA saw the potential for more.​

​In just one year, BDSA transformed Timezone’s social media, breathing new life into their content strategy by proposing content pillars that were effective and interesting to users. The team showcased ongoing promotions, exciting new games, immersive experiences, and coveted merchandise. ​ ​

The Result

Perception Change

When we stepped into the project, our main aim was to reshape public perception through purpose-driven social media content and advertising.

Our goal was to inject emotional value into Timezone’s target audience, fostering engagement through entertaining content featuring guests interacting with the Timezone Fun Squad, coverage of their latest events and activities, spotlighting games, merchandise, and the features of the Timezone Fun App.

The metrics speak volumes. In 2023 alone, we reached an audience of 3.49 million (with 2.89 million being non-followers), garnering 581 mentions from 367 unique authors across various social media platforms. Our analysis on the BrandWatch platform revealed that Timezone has become synonymous with creating cherished memories and serving as a space where families and friends come together to bond.
