Developed a campaign to launch the NTUC Starter Membership (July 2023). This membership targets young adults (18-25) with career-boosting programs and special perks. BDSA conceptualized the campaign’s key visuals and slogan, leveraging popular digital platforms like Twitch, Grab, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn for a targeted reach.​
BDSA worked closely with the NTUC Starter team to create detailed customer profiles. We went beyond demographics to understand psychographics, including preferred slogans, messaging styles, interests and visual direction. ​
We complemented this with customer journey mapping to identify the most effective media channels and platforms to reach these audiences and increase campaign awareness.​
